Libertas College

The basic reason for founding the three year specialist study so far has been schooling experts aiming to enable them to be integrated in executive jobs in economy especially in trade, banking, insurance, finance, accouting, business IT, entrepreneurship and management and in service industry economy.

Libertas College has implemented a three year undergraduate specialist study plus a two year graduate specialist study (former postgraduate specialist study ) according to the Bologna declaration and Croatian legislative laws. It has thus introduced the ECTS credit system that enables easier student and teacher mobility on a national and international level.

Both big interest shown by economic entities for schooling of their staff and employability of the best Libertas College students has shown best how appealing and updated this study programme has been so far. Besides the fact that companies and institutions in banking business, insurance and finance grant their staff scholarships for Libertas College, a few banks and other financial institutions, trade companies, international shipping agencies, transport companies, commodity and container terminals, insurance companies and the biggest Croatian corporations have signed a contract with Libertas College on mutual cooperation and in this way made it possible for the students to perform their specialist training in these firms and institutions. This kind of cooperation of Libertas College and economic entities makes it possible for the students to aquire specialist knowledge in practical work and it makes them more employable after they have finished the study.
